Pat-on-the-Back Recognition Program

The Pat-on-the-Back program gives employees the opportunity to recognize their colleagues for outstanding contributions, everyday helpfulness, teamwork, positivity, and going above and beyond. Whether someone offered a helping hand, solved a tricky problem, or simply made your day better, this is your chance to say, “I noticed, and I appreciate you.”

Employees may use the Pat-on-the-Back Nomination form to give someone some well-deserved kudos. Take a look at some of our most recent nominations below!

“Dan Lauder joined me on a new task implementing an adult learner technology orientation. He created the canvas course and assisted the adult learners with the College LMS. He was patient, thorough, and professional, a great reflection of the culture of Jefferson College. If this were a yelp review, I would give working with Dan a 10 out of 10 :)”

“Kaysie Watson has been instrumental in the development of the Degree Works program. She has already built the new degree offerings into that program and has worked with the various Associate Deans to assure that the Academic Plans match the course offerings in terms of periodicity. She has such a high level of knowledge and is incredibly detail oriented. She is always ready to help answer questions, and her kindness and approachability have made her an incredible resource for all of Enrollment Services and the College in general.”

“Amanda Berry is a friendly and dedicated employee who takes great pride in keepin the Administration Building looking its best. Her promptness, attention to detail, and consistently high standards do not go unnoticed – thank you, Amanda, for all that you do!”
