LGBTQ+

LGBTQ+ is an organization that exists to promote equality for all humans, regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation. This group is formed of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, questioning, queer, intersex, and asexual individuals and those with related sexual and gender identities as well as allies. We seek to raise awareness of issues relevant to queer communities, as well as broader issues of acceptance and social justice. Membership in this club is confidential to protect the safety of students. Allies as well as all LGBTQIA individuals are welcome to join and attend meetings. We have been a part of campus life since 2015, and organize events like Trans Day of Remembrance, Jeffco Pride, and regular online meetups.
