Workforce Training Offerings
Jefferson College’s Workforce & Employment Services (WES) offers short-term, career-focused training designed to help individuals gain in-demand skills and enter or advance in the workforce. Programs emphasize hands-on learning, industry-aligned instruction, and practical credentials. WES also provides access to funding resources, if available, for eligible participants.

**Must be a current Missouri CNA for at least six months**
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - Begins March 9, 2026

Insulin Administration - Begins May 5, 2026
*Accepting applications until Friday, April 17, 2026*
**Must be a current Missouri CMT or MA-1 Caregiver**
