Testing Center
The mission of the Jefferson College Testing Center is to provide a professional, secure testing environment for the campus and community. We are committed to maintaining a secure facility staffed by skilled and courteous employees, dedicated to supporting students, faculty, and community members in achieving their educational and licensing goals.
We uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, safeguarding the confidentiality of all records for students, faculty, and third-party organizations in accordance with FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act).

Hillsboro Testing Center
Our Testing Center at the Hillsboro location can be found right next to the Library! Our on-site staff are happy to help you register to take your next exam, and can put you in touch with accessibility accommodations if needed.

Arnold Testing Center
Our Testing Center at the Arnold location can be found on the first floor of the Jefferson College Arnold building. There are some key differences in the hours of availability at this location, so be sure to double-check when registering for your exam.

The Testing Centers are certified to offer a wide variety of academic and professional exams. These exams have been compiled into a list detailing the exams and any relevant information, including testing fees.

Placement Testing Resources
In the event you need to take the ACCUPLACER exam, we have a set of instructions to help you get started, as well as a pool of resources to help you feel confident when you take your test.
Photo ID Requirement
Students must present a valid photo ID in order to test at the Testing Center.
- A valid ID for 3rd party testing will be reflected on the 3rd party testing platform's policies and procedures.
- A valid photo ID for classroom testing is a Jefferson College Student ID. (Due to 2-step verification, a STUDENT ID is MANDATORY.) Nursing Students taking ATI required to have both Student ID and State ID.
- A valid Photo ID (Driver's license, State ID, Passport, Military ID) is required for placement testing.
