Human Resources

Human Resources supports Jefferson College employees throughout their careers. The department oversees hiring, promotions, employee relations, salary and benefits, job reviews, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.

Human Resources is also responsible for developing and maintaining employee policies and procedures. The department supports workforce diversity and helps to ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws. Additionally, Human Resources stays informed about changes in employment laws and HR practices to provide effective service and quality support.

Employees can access health and wellness resources through the Wellness Program and Employee Assistance Program.
