Hello! I am the Director of the Arnold location for Jefferson College. My background is as the Director for Public Safety Programs and as a paramedic before that. My goal is to create a space for learning to take hold and help students thrive. I have a wife, five kids, and enjoy reading, writing, and being active. Next time you are at Arnold, stop by and say hi, I can't wait to meet you.

Glen Hausler, Maintenance Technician
ghausler@jeffco.edu

My name is Glen Hausler. I joined Jefferson College in 2007 as the maintenance technician at the Arnold campus. Iโ€™m proud to say I opened the building, as well as went through two additions to the original building. I appreciate history, geography and traveling. St. Louis City SC., the Blues, Cardinals and Battlehawks as well as the Kansas City Chiefs are MY teams that I follow with a passion. I look forward to serving the Arnold campus for many more years.

Michael Gruzeski - Coordinator of Jefferson College Arnold

, 636-481-3596

Hello! You can call me Mike or Michael. I am the Coordinator of the Jefferson College Arnold campus. I joined Jefferson College in January of 2025. As the Coordinator I spend half of my time academically advising students for our EMT/Paramedic and Law Enforcement/Criminal Justice programs. The other half of my time is spent on working with community initiatives, recruiting, providing multiple student service options, and collaborating with our Director on multiple projects. I have over 15 years of experience in higher education, mostly working in college admissions. I also have a Master's Degree in Higher Education and Student Personnel Administration. My personal interests include hockey, guitar, fishing, camping, cooking, traveling, movies, and working out. I was born and raised in St. Louis, MO so I am a HUGE Blues and Cardinals fan. I look forward to meeting you sometime on campus soon!

Austin Gallaway, Enrollment Services Assistant
agallaw1@jeffco.edu

I earned my associateโ€™s degree while completing high school and also had the opportunity to attend Jefferson College, which deepened my passion for education and student support. Iโ€™m excited to now serve as an Enrollment Services Assistant at Jefferson College, where I can help students navigate their own academic paths and contribute to a supportive, engaging campus environment.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and creative. Youโ€™ll often find me hiking local trails, competing in pickleball matches, or relaxing with a wide variety of music. I also enjoy the strategy and creativity involved in video games. I'm enthusiastic about making a positive impact both in and out of the classroom and look forward to supporting students throughout their journey at Jefferson College.
