The Business Office also coordinates the use of campus facilities and manages all financial transactions for the College. Responsibilities include:

  • Processing payments for tuition, fees, and other charges
  • Issuing payments to vendors and employees
  • Disbursing financial aid funds, including Pell Grants, SEOG, and work-study earnings
  • Refunding tuition overpayments
  • Managing bids and purchase orders
  • Preparing annual financial statements
  • Maintaining all institutional financial records
  • Overseeing facility reservations on campus
