How do I request a transcript?
Jefferson College transcripts can be ordered online 24/7 through the National Student Clearinghouse. Official transcripts can be delivered electronically in as little as 15 minutes from when you place your order!
You can place as many orders as you like in one session using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. Real-time email and text alerts keep you up-to-date on the status of your order. You can also track your order online using your email address and order number.
Your signed consent will be required to fulfill your transcript order. For your convenience, a consent form will be generated for your order that you can approve instantly online or return via fax to the National Student Clearinghouse (703) 742-4238. Please note all student record holds must be cleared before requests will be processed.
**During the time campus is closed, please choose the Electronic Delivery Option. Electronic Delivery will be processed by the National Student Clearinghouse immediately. Transcripts requested to be sent by mail or express mail will not be processed until the campus reopens.

How much will this cost?
Official Jefferson College transcripts cost $5 plus an additional $2.50 processing fee, totaling $7.50* per recipient. This does not include any additional PDF fees, international/out of the country fees or delivery fees.

Can I get a copy of my other college or high school transcripts through Jefferson College?
No. Jefferson College can only provide copies of your Jefferson College transcript. For transcripts from other colleges and your high school, please contact those institutions.
