Apprenticeship
What is an Apprenticeship?
Earn While You Learn!
Apprenticeships offer a powerful combination of paid, hands-on work experience and formal classroom instruction, all while guiding you toward industry-recognized credentials. These programs are industry-driven, meaning they’re tailored to real-world job demands.
As an apprentice, you’ll gain:
Relevant job experience
In-demand skills
A defined career path
A competitive salary
For employers, apprenticeships are a smart investment. 94% of apprentices stay with the company after completing their program, and for every $1 invested, employers see an average return of $1.50.
