Course Description: Prerequisites: RNR230, with a grade of “B” or better, and successful completion of RNR231
Corequisite: RNR250 Adult Health Nursing II Clinical continues to build upon the knowledge and skills obtained in Adult Health Nursing I Clinical. This clinical course continues to expand upon clinical reasoning skills, prioritization, and plan of care evaluation for adult clients with complex health problems. Students are divided into smaller groups for both clinical simulation and clinical rotation assignments. (F, S)

Bio: Mrs. Peppers graduated from Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes Jewish College with a Bachelors in Nursing in 2014. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Nursing Education at Walden University. The majority of her nursing career has taken place in the float pool at Mercy Jefferson Hospital. Mrs. Peppers has experience in critical care, medical-surgical, behavioral health, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. She joined the Jefferson COllege Bi-Level Nursing team as a clinical instructor in 2017 and accepted a full-time faculty position in 2021. Mrs. Peppers is excited to share her bedside knowledge and critical thinking skills with the students at Jefferson College.
