Advanced Machining Procedures consists of complex high tolerance machining and theory using a variety of machines. Areas covered will include safety, sawing, drill presses, vertical milling machine, tool room lathe, surface grinding set up and operation. (F,S)

Bio: Matt West joined Jefferson College as the Precision Machining Instructor in 2014. Matt is also a two-time Alumni of Jefferson College receiving his Associate of Applied Sciences in Precision Machining Technology and Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning degrees. Matt enjoys the outdoors and regenerative land management practices.
