Shauna Gore Receives MCCA Award

Jefferson College is proud to celebrate Shauna Gore for receiving the Missouri Community College Association Classified Staff Achievement Award in recognition of her outstanding communication, technical expertise, and unwavering commitment to quality service.

As an Admissions Technician, Shauna collaborates across departments daily, supporting Enrollment Services, the Area Technical School, Workforce programs, and international admissions. She organizes trainings, bridges communication between Student Services and IT, and expertly navigates Banner systems. Shauna was a key contributor to the launch of Jefferson’s new admissions application and has played a vital role in combating enrollment fraud.

Known for her kindness, patience, and dedication to students, Shauna consistently goes above and beyond to improve processes and provide outstanding support. Her work embodies the highest standards of service and exemplifies the mission and values of Jefferson College.
