- For questions about your library account, be prepared to provide your Jeffco ID number or patron barcode.
- Patrons visiting the library desk will have priority, but we will answer your question as soon as possible - please be patient.
- If you want to use the chat service, be sure to verify chat availability first. If chat is offline, please email your question to refdesk@jeffco.edu.
- Chat/text hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm & 7pm-midnight; Saturday 2pm-10pm; Sunday 10am-midnight
- Repeated misuse of service will result in the student or patron being banned from further use of chat and/or text reference.
