Instuctions to Graduatess Provided to You the Day of Commencement
Cap and Gown Order Information for Graduates
Graduates should have ordered their cap and gown by March 31st. If you placed your cap and gown order prior to the March 31st deadline, you will be able to pick up your caps and gowns at the location (Hillsboro campus bookstore or Arnold Front Desk) beginning Monday, April 28th. If you did not place your cap and gown order prior to March 31st, walk-in orders can be picked up in the Hillsboro campus bookstore after May 5th. There will be no charges for your cap and gown as it is covered by your graduation fee. Graduates should wear only approved graduation apparel. Caps may be decorated, but must be in good taste. Any cap decoration deemed inappropriate by staff will be replaced at Commencement. No other pins, buttons, stoles, cords, or any other ornamentation is allowed. Guests / Parents
- Seats are not limited and no tickets are required.
- The ceremonies will be live-streamed on YouTube. Links will be found here prior to May 17th. Video recordings will also be posted to the webpage several days following Commencement.
- Grad Images Photography will be taking photographs of graduates receiving their diploma. Graduates will be emailed proofs and an order form from Grad Images after Commencement.
- Ceremonies will last approximately 60 - 75 minutes.
- Flowers and memorabilia will be available for purchase on Commencement day.
- More information about parking and Commencement Day will be posted here by May 5th.
