  Bio: Mrs. Akridge entered the healthcare field after attending Certified Nurses Aide classes at Jefferson College in 2006. Since then, she has obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from St. Louis University (2011) and Masters in Nursing Education from Walden University (2019). Mrs. Akridge worked in acute care for over 10 years as well as hospice. She has been certified in medical surgical nursing, and has also participated in many leadership roles and research studies. She joined the Jefferson College Bi-Level Nursing team in the spring of 2017 as a clinical instructor, teaching medical-surgical clinical rotations, before accepting a full-time faculty position in the fall of 2017. Mrs. Akridge is excited to share her clinical reasoning, knowledge, and leadership with the nursing students of Jefferson College.

  Bio: Bradley Berrey received his associate`s and bachelor`s degrees from Ranken Technical Institute in Automotive Maintenance Technology and Applied Business Management, respectfully. Prior to assuming the position of Automotive Instructor at Jefferson College, he worked in the field for 20 years in a variety of positions ranging from line tech at two different dealerships where he earned platinum level certifications in both Honda and Daimler Chrysler, to owner operator of his own repair facility for seven years, which he had to close due to a military deployment to Afghanistan. He also has earned his ASE Mastertech, L1 and X1 certifications. Bradley has been with Jefferson College since August 2016.

  Bio: Mr. Birke graduated in 1988 from Occidental College in Los Angeles with an B.A. in Chemistry and a research emphasis in Biochemistry in which he determined the kinetic mechanism for human erythrocyte Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase. Over the next two years Mr. Birke pursued a M.S. degree in Organic Chemistry under the direction of Bob McMahon, at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The focus of his research was organic non-linear optic materials. From Wisconsin, Mr. Birke moved to the University of Missouri at Columbia from 1990 to 2000. There, under the direction of Dave Emerich, he studied the genetic regulation of the malate dehydrogenase gene from Bradyrhizobium japonicum and its supporting role in nitrogen fixation. He is currently A.B.D. Mr. Birke was recently nominated to Who`s Who in American higher education. Some of his hobbies and other interests include: hiking, canoeing, reading and cooking.

  Bio: Dr. Ken Boning joined the Teacher Education faculty in 2006. He earned his Bachelor`s and Master`s Degrees from Truman State University and his Ph.D. from Saint Louis University. Dr. Boning taught high school for nearly a decade and holds certificates in secondary teaching and principalship.

  Bio: Leslie Buck earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Southeast Missouri State University and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Community Counseling from the University of Oklahoma. She completed most of the requirements for her Doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Oklahoma-Norman, except the dissertation. Prior to joining the Jefferson College Psychology department in 2007, Professor Buck was an instructor at McKendree University in the Masters in Counseling program. She has also taught undergraduates about career and life planning at the University of Oklahoma. In addition, Professor Buck has worked in a variety of applied psychology settings, including community and hospital-based centers, providing psychological treatment to both children and adults. She has supervised the training of Masters-level counseling students. Her most recent applied position was in the United States Air Force at a military medical treatment facility.

  Bio: Mark Byington earned his A.A. degrees from Mineral Area College. He went on to earn his B.S. degree from Southeast Missouri State University and his M.P.A. degree from City University in Bellevue Washington. He served as a police officer with the Dallas Police Department and with the Mineral Area College Department of Public Safety. He is the former director of the Mineral Area College Law Enforcement Academy and the Missouri Police Corps under the direction of the Office of Justice Programs. He is also a two term POST (Peace Officer Standards and Training) Commissioner and served as training advisor and consultant to the Baltimore Police Commissioner and the City of Baltimore from 2007-2011. He currently serves as Law Enforcement advisor to the Center for Research on Institutions and Social Policy (CRISP).

  Bio: Blake Carroll received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Kansas City Art Institute, and his Master of Fine Arts from Boston University. Mr. Carroll creates paintings and photographs that combine figurative and abstract elements. Traditional themes of portraiture and landscape are explored in his work, as well as jazz music and urban/rural life. He works in the oil, acrylic, watercolor, and encaustic media.

  Bio: Christy Cornelius received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Child Development and her Certification in Preschool/Kindergarten Education from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. She received her M.A.T. in Early Childhood Education from Webster University in St. Louis. She has completed additional coursework at Central Missouri State University and Southeast Missouri State University. Ms. Cornelius has additional certification in Vocational Education. She earned the Emerson Electric Excellence in Teaching Award in 1999.

  Bio: Gregg Crain has been Jefferson College`s full-time certified athletic trainer since 2008. Crain received a B.S. in Biology from Tennessee Wesleyan College. He holds a Master`s Degree in Sports Medicine from the United States Sports Academy and a Master`s Graduate Certificate in Sports Management from Missouri Baptist University. He is certified by the National Athletic Trainer`s Association and is licensed with the Missouri State Board of Healing Arts. Crain is an American Red Cross instructor for Adult/Child and Infant CPR, AED, and First Aid. He is also an adjunct instructor for the Health/PE department. Before coming to Jefferson, Crain worked for a St. Louis based healthcare facility as a Certified Athletic Trainer covering local high school sports. Crain has experience working in the professional, collegiate, industrial and secondary school setting.

  Bio: Rachel currently serves Jefferson College as Full Time faculty and Clinical Coordinator of the Radiology Technology Program. Rachel also teaches the Advanced Modality and Registry Review courses for CT, MRI and Mammography. She holds her Masters in Business Administration from Missouri Baptist University and graduated in 2014. She has her Bachelors in Science from Drury University. Rachel completed her Radiography training in 1999. Rachel holds ARRT Registries in Radiology, Cat Scan, Mammography, and QA/QC. Rachel has worked in the field for over 25 years and in the areas of PACS/Teleradiology, Mammography, CT, MRI, Interventional Radiology, pain control and general Radiology. She is a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists, Missouri Society of Radiologic Technologists, Association of Educators in Imaging and Radiologic Sciences, and The Association of Collegiate Educators in Radiologic Technologists.

  Bio: Elizabeth ("Lisa") Ebert earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Missouri Columbia and worked for several years in public relations and editing. She later earned three teaching certificates in English, Speech and Drama, and History. She followed that up with a Master`s Degree in English from the University of Missouri St. Louis.   Bio: Rebecca Ellison holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication with a minor in English and a specialization in Education from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale (1992). She earned a Master of Arts in Speech Communication with an emphasis in Organizational Communication from Indiana University, Bloomington, in 1994. In 2010, she earned a PhD in Education from the University of Missouri, St. Louis. Dr. Ellison began teaching at Jefferson College in August 2000. She has served on the Faculty Senate and the Cultural Events and Community Outreach Committee. She is also involved with the PACE subcommittee. Dr. Ellison has directed numerous plays and musicals in the Theatre Department. She was named the Phi Theta Kappa teacher of the year for 2003-2004 and won the Outstanding Achievement Award for Faculty (the Emerson Award) in 2007.

  Bio: Gabrielle Everett completed her Bachelor of Arts degree (1990) at Lyon College and her Master of Arts degree (1995) and a Specialist in Community College Teaching degree (2001) at Arkansas State University. Prior to becoming a community college instructor, she spent six years teaching in the public school system in Oxford, Mississippi. Professor Everett has worked at community colleges in Arkansas, Arizona, and Missouri.   Bio: Ms. Gass graduated from the University of Missouri St. Louis with a Bachelors in Nursing in 2004. After completing the NICU fellowship at Mercy St. Louis she has worked in the NICU, PICU, Pediatric Medical Floor and Mother/Baby for 13 years. She also has experience working in an adult PACU. Ms. Gass joined the Jefferson College Bi-Level Nursing team in 2016 as a clinical instructor, teaching both Fundamental and Pediatric clinical rotations.   Bio: Professor Lisa Hollander holds a BA in English from the University of Denver, a diploma in International and Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics, an MA from Columbia University in New York, and has completed coursework for a PhD in History. Ms. Hollander teaches courses in three disciplines: Geography, History, and Political Science. Professor Hollander has taught at Jefferson since 1997, and, in that time, she has earned the Student Senate Faculty Member of the Year award, the Governor`s Award for Excellence in Teaching, the Linda Johnston Assessment Award, Jefferson College`s Foundation Faculty of the Year award, and the Missouri Community College Association`s Global Educator of the Year award. Deeply committed to bringing international issues into the Missouri community college curriculum, Ms. Hollander serves on the Diversity Committee and the Global Education Subcommittee and acts as Coordinator of the Global Studies Program. Born in Zimbabwe, Ms. Hollander has lived in a multitude of countries in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, and has lived in six different states of the United States.   Bio: Mrs. Kelly-Clark is a 2011 Jefferson College nursing alumna. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Central Methodist University. She is currently working on obtaining an MSN-Ed at Benedictine University. Her nursing experience is in long-term care, critical care/cardiac stepdown, labor & birth, and most recently the educator for Women`s Services. She is also certified in electronic fetal monitoring. She joined the Jefferson College Bi-Level Nursing team in 2020 as a full-time faculty member and Level II Coordinator. Mrs. Kelly-Clark describes herself as a life-long learner and enjoys sharing her knowledge with her future nurses.

  Bio: Mr. Korbesmeyer taught ten years as an adjunct economics instructor at Harris Stowe State University, St. Louis Community College, and Jefferson College, prior to attaining full-time status here at Jefferson College. He has been employed for 32 years with the Internal Revenue Service in various divisions: Collection, Research, and Customer Service. Twenty-five of those years were spent in management positions. Receiving his Master of Arts in Economics at University of Missouri-Saint Louis, he has achieved 18 graduate hours in Management, also at UMSL.

  Bio: Mrs. McDaniel began her career in the healthcare field in 1994 as a certified nurse aide. She then pursued a career in massage therapy and worked as a licensed massage therapist until 2007. She returned to school as a non-traditional student and is a 2009 Jefferson College nursing alumna. She obtained her BSN with Chamberlain College where she graduated cum laude with Presidential Honors in 2012, and completed her MSN degree in education graduating cum laude in 2017. Her nursing background is medical/surgical nursing, outpatient surgery, surgical intensive care, and neuro intensive care. Mrs. McDaniel joined the Jefferson College Bi-Level Nursing team in 2012 as a faculty instructor and accepted program directorship in 2019.

  Bio: Ms. Dana Nevois is the Director of the Jefferson College Veterinary Technology Program. Dana graduated from the Jefferson College Veterinary Technology Program in 1998 and is a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT). Additionally, she received her Master`s degree in Business Administration from Missouri Baptist College in 2009, her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Missouri Baptist College in 2002, and her A.A. degree in Liberal Arts from Jefferson College in 1996. She has worked in the veterinary field as an RVT in both small animal and laboratory animal medicine. Dana`s current duties include planning, guiding, monitoring and coordinating the activities of the Veterinary Technology Program. She also teaches part-time in the program and holds a career education teaching certificate.
  
  Dana attends seminars and workshops to stay current in the fields of veterinary medicine and education. Dana also maintains her professional veterinary technician license and is a member of several professional organizations including the Missouri Veterinary Technician Association, the Association of Veterinary Technician Educators, and the National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America.

  Bio: Elke Overton is currently conducting the Wind Ensemble at Jefferson College and teaching Music Appreciation, Music Literature and World Music. Ms. Overton has a Bachelor`s Degree in Music Education from the University of Northern Iowa and a Masters Degree in Wind Conducting from University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. Ms. Overton has studied conducting with wind conductors across the nation, including Frank Battisti, Alan McMurray, Mallory Thompson, Rod Winther, Jerry Junkin, Bob Reynolds and Wayne Jeffreys. She has been teaching and playing saxophone in the St. Louis metro area since 1993. She also remains active with professional organizations including the Conductor`s Guild, CBDNA, WASBE and MMEA. Ms. Overton has extensive experience teaching music at all levels - elementary, middle school, high school, community college and university.
  
  Ms. Overton`s previous positions were at Washington University, St. Charles Community College, Webster University and University of Missouri-St. Louis. At Washington University, she assisted with rehearsals with the Orchestra. At SCC, she worked as the Instrumental Music Coordinator and Assistant Music Professor; conducted both the Concert Band and the Orchestra; taught courses in the Music Department, including Music History and Conducting; and taught the woodwind studio. She also taught classical saxophone at both Webster University and University of Missouri-St. Louis.

  Bio: Lisa Pavia-Higel holds a BA and MA from Webster University in Mass Media Communication and is a long time resident of Jefferson County. After a career working in non-profit public relations for the YMCA, Pavia-Higel became a full-time educator with a mission to work in the community. She began teaching in 2002 as an adjunct at St. Louis Community College. She has also taught at Ranken Technical Institute and East Central College before coming to Jefferson College in 2013. Pavia-Higel is involved in the Ted X program, the global education committee and many others. When she`s not teaching, Pavia-Higel writes on geek culture and education and performs with an educational children`s theater, stage combat troupe called Swords and Roses. Her one-act play, Tales from the Mommy Wars was produced by Arnold Community Theater Troupe as part of their annual one-act play competition.

  Bio: Mrs. Pellmann began her nursing career at the age of 20 as a patient care technician at St. Louis Children`s hospital while obtaining her BSN. She obtained her BSN at GSON in 2016 and MSN from WGU in 2022. Her nursing background includes pediatrics, oncology, nursing education, case management, home health, and labor & delivery. She started her career in nursing education at BECK School of Practical Nursing, she also taught at Applied Tech, and then accepted a full-time position with the Jefferson College Bi-Level Nursing team in 2022. She loves learning, sharing her knowledge with others, and plans to obtain her certification as a certified nurse educator.   Bio: Mrs. Peppers graduated from Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes Jewish College with a Bachelors in Nursing in 2014. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Nursing Education at Walden University. The majority of her nursing career has taken place in the float pool at Mercy Jefferson Hospital. Mrs. Peppers has experience in critical care, medical-surgical, behavioral health, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. She joined the Jefferson COllege Bi-Level Nursing team as a clinical instructor in 2017 and accepted a full-time faculty position in 2021. Mrs. Peppers is excited to share her bedside knowledge and critical thinking skills with the students at Jefferson College.

  Bio: Mrs. Record graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northeast Missouri State University (now Truman State) in 1995. The majority of her career has been in Perioperative Nursing. She also has experience in ENT, OB clinic, missions, and Urgent Care settings. In 2015, Mrs. Record joined Jefferson College as an adjunct clinical instructor. Since then, she has moved into the Simulation lab and didactic instruction in the classroom, accepting a full-time faculty role in 2021. Mrs. Record is passionate about sharing her nursing knowledge with nursing students.

  Bio: Ms. Carleen Roberts received her A.A.S. degree in Veterinary Technology in 1998 from Jefferson College. She received her Bachelor`s degree in professional studies in 2010 and her Master of Science in Education degree in 2012, both from Missouri Baptist University. She worked in private practice until 2005. She accepted an adjunct faculty position as a laboratory assistant for the Veterinary Technology program at Jefferson College in 2004. She then accepted a full-time laboratory assistant position in 2005. Her current duties include teaching full time in the Veterinary Technology program. She is currently an Assistant Professor in Veterinary Technology and holds a Career Education Teaching Certificate.
  
  Carleen heads the Jefferson College Veterinary Technology Adoption Program. She fields applications and sets up meeting with potential adopters to meet the animals. She also holds weekend adoption events. She does a large portion of this on her own time in the evenings and on the weekends.
  
  Carleen recently obtained a Certificate in Equine Medicine by completing and online program and attending a hands on wet-lab.
  
  Carleen attends seminars and workshop to stay current in the field of veterinary medicine as well as the field of education. Carleen also maintains her professional veterinary technician license.
  
  Carleen has taught a Junior Vet Program for the Girl Scout Council of Greater St. Louis for the last two years during the summer camp sessions. She regularly attends local districts career days and speaks about the opportunities for students in veterinary medicine.

  Bio: Mrs. Rola graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College in 2015. She completed the Pediatrics fellowship at Mercy St. Louis and worked in a variety of settings in the Women`s and Children`s tower. In addition to her role as Clinical Coordinator, Mrs. Rola has taught pediatric clinical rotations and simulation experiences for Jefferson College.   Bio: Mrs. Schneider began her nursing career at the age of 18 as a certified nurse assistant. She then returned to school as a non-traditional student and is a 2009 Jefferson College nursing alumna. She obtained both her BSN and MSN from Central Methodist University. Her nursing background includes medical/surgical nursing, critical care (stepdown unit), vascular access team, and infection prevention and control. She loves learning and sharing her knowledge with others and plans to obtain her certification as a healthcare simulation educator. Mrs. Schneider joined the Jefferson College Bi-Level Nursing team in 2016 as the Clinical Coordinator and accepted the position of Assistant Director in 2020.

  Bio: Marialana Speidel earned both a B.S. and M.S. in biology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. In addition, she has an M.S. in Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Missouri Baptist University. Her background includes extensive laboratory work in pharmaceutical, food, aerosol, and waste water treatment industries. Ms. Speidel has done additional research work with cyanobacteria under the direction of Dr. Teresa Thiel at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Ms. Speidel enjoys working and living on a farm with her husband and two children. Her hobbies include astronomy and outdoor activities.   Bio: Having finished her Master`s degree program in Sports Management at Missouri Baptist University in the fall of 2007, Aida Steiger teaches in the Health and Physical Education Department and serves as Head Volleyball Coach at Jefferson College. As a player at Jefferson College and St. Louis University, she received numerous awards and accolades while breaking several records. She tied the record for most kills in NCAA history and was ranked second nationally in kills while at Jefferson College. During her athletic career at St. Louis University, Aida was the program`s first AVCA All-American, First Team All-District, and First Team All-Conference USA. She was the first person in any sport to be named C-USA Player of the Week four times in the same season. Aida hold NJCAA, NCAA, and AVCA All-American rankings. Her other awards include MCCAC All-Conference, Region 16 All-Region Team, Who`s Who Among Students at American Junior Colleges, Conference USA All-Conference, St. Louis University MVP 2004-05, Fairfield Invitational MVP, Billiken All-Tournament Team, and AVCA All-Region Team.

  Bio: Jane Sullivan received an Associate of Arts Degree from Jefferson College, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre and English from Fontbonne University, and a Master of Arts Degree from Essex University in Colchester, England. As a faculty member at Jefferson College for over 20 years, Ms. Sullivan has taught Oral Communication, Public Speaking, Beginning Acting and Theater Appreciation. She is a founding member of the Honors Program and teaches two Honors classes, Oral Communication and Theater Appreciation. She also developed WebCT versions of Oral Communication and Theater Appreciation.
  
  Ms. Sullivan is the 1995 recipient of the Governor`s Award for Excellence in Education, the Linda Johnston Excellence in Assessment Award in 1999-2000, and the Missouri Community College Award for Innovation in Teaching in 2001.   Bio: Joseph Thurman holds an M.A. degree and a B.A. degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. He is currently working toward a Community College Teaching and Learning Graduate Certificate at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and then plans to begin work on his Ph.D. in history. Joseph`s primary field of interest is 19th-century United States history, specifically the Reconstruction Era. He is currently conducting research for an article about the education of Freedmen in Missouri during Reconstruction. Joseph has also conducted award winning research on the Nazi educational system. In addition, he recently published an article on James H. Lucas in the Missouri Historical Review, which he plans to extend to a full-length biography. Joseph has taught United States History at Jefferson College since August 2004. He has also taught United States, European, and World History at Lewis and Clark Community College in Godfrey, Illinois (2005-2008).

  Bio: A former Jefferson College student, Susan Todd received her B.A. from St. Louis University and her M.A. from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She was an adjunct faculty member at Jefferson for several years and has taught for UM-St. Louis. Ms. Todd is the author of two books, Boredom Blasters and Kids Rule the World, and has been a freelance writer in travel, sports and public relations. She is the faculty advisor for the student newspaper, the Jefferson College Young Democrats Club, and the college`s chapter of Habitat for Humanity.

  Bio: Gerard received his diploma from Lincoln Technical Institute in Automotive and Diesel Technology. He continued his education at St. Louis Community College at Florissant Valley where he earned an Associate degree in Mass Communications. Gerard then attended Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications and received a minor in Business. He has completed additional graduate coursework at the University of Central Missouri. Prior to his position in Automotive Technology at Jefferson College, he worked in the automotive field for 29 years earning Master Automotive Technician certification (ASE). Gerard has been recognized by ASE for 25 years of continuous certification and is also certified in both Maintenance, Light Repair (MLR), and Light Diesel. He has been gold certified with Daimler Chrysler. Gerard has been with the Jefferson College since the fall of 2003.

  Bio: With degrees in Saxophone Performance and Pedagogy (DMA, University of Iowa), Jazz Studies (MM, University of Maryland), and Music Performance and Education (BA, University of Minnesota, Morris), Joel Vanderheyden is a seasoned performer and educator in both jazz and classical styles. At Jefferson College, he teaches Music Theory, Jazz Improvisation, Jazz Appreciation, Applied Woodwinds, and directs the Jefferson College Jazz Ensembles. Vanderheyden has previously served as Director of Jazz at both the University of Minnesota-Morris and Oakton Community College in the Chicago area. He is a member of the Missouri Saxophone Quartet, and performs regularly with the St. Louis Jazz Orchestra. He has performed at the World Saxophone Congress (St. Andrews, Scotland, 2012), at jazz festivals in Switzerland, France, and Holland, and at notable stateside venues including Carnegie Hall, Blues Alley, The Dakota, The Artists` Quarter, The Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, and The Stephen Sondheim Center for the Performing Arts. Vanderheyden`s debut CD was released in 2009 on the Mize Music label. It was named one of the Top Jazz Albums of 2009 on KCCK 88.3FM in Cedar Rapids, IA and called "One of the best jazz rock records to be released in years!" by Christopher Cooke on KIOS 91.5FM in Omaha, NE.

  Bio: Bridget received her DPT from the University of Montana. She completed both her BS in exercise science and her Master`s Degree in Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University. She has worked with patients in various settings to include outpatient orthopedics, home care, and nursing homes in both a treating and a consulting role. She has taught continuing education on the topics of physical agents, modalities, and exercise prescription to PTs, PTAs, OTs, and OTAs working in nursing homes to improve patient management. She completed her CEEAA certification as an exercise expert for the aging adult in May 2011. She is also adjunct faculty at Maryville University teaching a geriatrics course in their physical therapy program. She has also helped in the interprofessional education certificate program for health professions at St. Louis University. Bridget is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Missouri Physical Therapy Association (MPTA), and the Missouri Community College Association (MCCA). She has presented at the MPTA Annual Conference as well as the student sessions for the Eastern District of the MPTA.

  Bio: Susan Welch earned her Master of Science in Social Work from St. Louis University and her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Missouri. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and full-time faculty member in the Department of Sociology and Social Work at Jefferson College. Throughout her work in the field of Social Work, Susan?s primary focus has been on families and individuals. Professional experiences are comprised of work with clients from birth to end of life, and of very diverse and resilient families. Clinical social work experiences included work with families in crisis, child welfare, adoption, individual and family counseling, crisis intervention, grief and loss and medical social work. Susan has been a full-time faculty member at Jefferson College since 2011.

  Bio: Brandon Whittington earned an A.A. from Rend Lake College, a B.A. from Greenville College, an M.A. from Eastern Illinois University, and both Ed.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Dr. Whittington is a nationally certified psychologist and a licensed professional counselor in the state of Missouri. Prior to joining the faculty at Jefferson College, Dr. Whittingon practiced as a school psychologist and a professional counselor in several public school districts and community mental health settings. Dr. Whittington`s research interests include the psychology of religion and the scholarship of teaching and learning. He regularly presents his work at local and national conferences and involves Jefferson College students in the research process, both as participants and student researchers.

  Bio: Trevor Wild is currently a deputy sheriff with the Franklin County Sheriff`s Office where he has been employed for the past 16 years. He is a supervisor for the SWAT team and a Sgt. within their patrol division. He obtained his A.S. from Mineral Area College. He earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice and a M.S. in Administration from Lindenwood University, St. Charles, MO.   Bio: Stacy currently serves as the Interim Program Director of Radiologic Technology. She holds her Master`s of Arts in Teaching from the University of Saint Mary. In 2000, she graduated with her Bachelor`s of Science in Education from the University of Arkansas and obtained her Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology in 2003.   Bio: Kenny received his BS in Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University in 1991 and MHS from Washington University of Saint Louis in 2001. Kenny is also a Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist, a Certified Hand Therapist, and Certified Athletic Trainer. He has spent his 20+year career focused on treating orthopedic patients. Although Kenny has treated a wide variety of orthopedic diagnoses, his area of focus has been the care of upper extremity injuries in the athletic and industrial populations. In addition to his role as Division Chair of Health Occupation Programs and adjunct faculty for the OTA and PTA Programs at Jefferson College, Kenny has served as an adjunct faculty member at Saint Louis University in the School of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training. Kenny is a member of the National Athletic Trainer`s Association, American Physical Therapy Association, National Network of Health Career Programs in Two-Year Colleges, and the Missouri Community College Association.
