Pat on the Back

The Employee Support Committee sponsors the Pat-on-the-Back (POB) employee-recognition initiative. When someone goes above-and-beyond, a co-worker, supervisor, student, or community member can fill out a card to give them a “pat-on-the-back” in recognition.
