Steps to Getting Started with Disability Support Services

2. Required Disability Documentation Please click here to see what documentation is required to send to Disability Support Services. Please fax the documentation to (636)789-5711 or email the documents to dss@jeffco.edu. If you have questions about the documentation, please call us at (636)481-3158 or (636)797-3000 ext. 3158.
3. Scheduling your intake appointment Disability Support Services will reach out to you to schedule an intake appointment. If you have any issues with your appointment date and time, please reach out to us at (636)481-3158 or (636)797-3000 ext. 3158.
4. Intake During your scheduled intake, we will go over your approved accommodations and how to begin using them. We will also use this time to be able to answer any questions you may have.
