Pediatric and High-Risk Obstetrical (OB) Nursing explores the role of the professional nurse in the care of pediatric and high-risk OB clients. Students
expand on their current pediatric and obstetrical knowledge to better understand the health of families and children. This course focuses on the role of the nurse in meeting the physiological, psychosocial, cultural and developmental needs of the high risk maternal client and the pediatric client. (S, Su)
