Course Description: CARE (Completing Analysis and Regaining Expertise) is the remediation process taken in conjunction with RN courses which allows the instructor and student to formulate a plan to reinforce knowledge and correct deficits in the learning process.

Bio: Mrs. Pellmann began her nursing career at the age of 20 as a patient care technician at St. Louis Children`s hospital while obtaining her BSN. She obtained her BSN at GSON in 2016 and MSN from WGU in 2022. Her nursing background includes pediatrics, oncology, nursing education, case management, home health, and labor & delivery. She started her career in nursing education at BECK School of Practical Nursing, she also taught at Applied Tech, and then accepted a full-time position with the Jefferson College Bi-Level Nursing team in 2022. She loves learning, sharing her knowledge with others, and plans to obtain her certification as a certified nurse educator. Mrs. Pellmann is excited to watch her students grow into future nurses and become leaders in the healthcare system.
