Course Description: Prerequisites: Admission into the Paramedic Program.
Corerequisites: PAR210, PAR230, PAR235, PAR240, PAR245
Paramedic Internship II requires a minimum of 150 hours of scheduled ambulance rotation while performing as a new paramedic. The student may
need to ride additional hours to satisfy the requisite patient contacts. The student will be required to perform patient evaluations, assessments, and
treatment under the direction of a paramedic preceptor. The student is also required to complete reports and preceptor evaluations following the scheduled ambulance rotation. (S)
