Bio: Lance Nevois joined the Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning faculty as an adjunct instructor in 2019 and moved into a full-time faculty role in 2023. Lance has earned multiple A.A.S. degrees from Jefferson College including Welding Technology, Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Technology, and Applied Technology. He is currently working on completing his Career and Technical Alternative Certification through the University of Central Missouri.
