Course Description: Prerequisite: None
This course presents a working knowledge on troubleshooting and resolving desktop, networking, and application issues in an enterprise environment. This course will prepare students for the Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate which consists of the MD-100 and MD-101 Exams. This course also fulfills the Computer Literacy Proficiency requirement for CIS Computer Support Option and CIS Cyber
Security Option AAS degrees.
