Basic Math (MTH001)

The goal of Basic Mathematics is to aid students in becoming proficient in using and understanding the arithmetic terminology and skills necessary for success in future college-level mathematics courses. The student will be introduced to arithmetic operations with whole numbers, fractions, decimals, percents, the metric system, geometry and algebra.

Geometry (MTH009)

The goal of Geometry is to aid students in becoming proficient in using and understanding the geometric terminology and skills necessary for success in future college-level mathematics courses. Students will be introduced to and subsequently master, topics ranging from the undefined terms (i.e. point, line, plane, etc) to calculating the volumes of geometric solids.
