Graduates of the curriculum are expected to find employment as automation technicians, i.e., technicians who install, troubleshoot, repair, service, and maintain robots and automation systems in manufacturing plants. Technicians who are employed by automation equipment manufacturers assist in the design, manufacturing, and testing of automated machines.
