Offered in the Fall/Spring:
Starting on Monday, September 12, 2011, dinner will be served Monday-Thursday, from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. at the Career & Technical Education Building (CTE) Snack Bar. Our evening meal is open to all. Sandwiches, salads and hot foods will be served.

CafeFood Service Meal Plan
For your convenience we offer a declining cash balance (dcb) meal card for use at the Viking Café.

We offer GREAT food at reasonable prices. We have an expanded Salad Bar, daily Hot Plate Specials, Homemade Soups, Wraps, Deli Bar and a Grill section with all your favorite grilled and fried items.

The card is the way to go! As a card holder, you will enjoy the “perks”offered at the Cafe on special “Card Holder” days, such as free cookies with purchase or free soda refills. Minimum to open account is $50. Additions of $25 or more may be made at the Cashier stand in the Cafe.

We accept cash, credit cards or you may debit your financial aid (if applicable) with a voucher from the Jefferson College Cashier Window.

Jefferson College’s dining facilities are open daily to anyone wanting a satisfying meal at an affordable price. With the recent renovation of the Viking Café in the Student Center, visitors will enjoy expanded indoor seating with picturesque views of the oak lined campus, wireless internet access, a big screen television, and a covered outdoor dining patio.  We offer 2 hot plate specials daily, a large salad bar loaded with all your favorites, a build your own sandwich deli and a grill side with the best chicken strips around plus much more!
