What's An "RA"?

RAs are a team of live-in student-staff members dedicated to making your Jefferson College experience the best it can be. The RAs coordinate complex-wide social, educational and recreational activities and are available to you 24 hours a day as a friendly resource.

But forget all that practical stuff! The fact is living at Viking Woods is FUN! Lots of activities, lots of friends and the privacy of apartment living make this the best place to get the most out of your "college experience."

Individual Leases

If you live in an off-campus apartment you generally are required to share responsibility for the entire apartment lease. That means if your roommate doesn't pay his or her share, you have to come up with the money or face possible eviction. In our community, you'll have an individual lease so you're never responsible for your roommate's rent - no matter what!
