Our Mission: 
The mission of the Jefferson College Foundation is to support the growth and development of Jefferson College in whatever ways are beneficial to its students, faculty, staff and campus facilities.
The Jefferson College Foundation exists to bridge the gap between the needs and resources of Jefferson College. The non-profit, tax exempt corporation was established in 1991 to raise funds to provide assistance to Jefferson College students who wish to enhance their lives through education and training.
Jefferson College... A Community Asset
As the only institution of higher education in Jefferson County serving more than 7,000 students annually, Jefferson College changes lives in so many ways. We’ve created a learning environment that encourages personal and academic growth by offering a variety of degree and certificate programs to meet the needs of our changing world. The College serves students bound for a four-year institutions as well as those seeking to enhance job skills or broaden their personal learning experiences. As the number of students seeking higher education and learning increases, so does our need for support.
In reaching out to meet the varied needs of our student population, the Jefferson College Foundation encourages charitable giving by the private sector. Individuals, corporations, foundations and service organizations who choose to invest in the Foundation have a number of giving options:
- Provide funds for scholarships that can be named for a business or individual.
- Give a gift in honor or in memory of a friend or loved one.
- Donate special equipment to enhance student training.
- Name Jefferson College as a beneficiary in a will, trust, insurance policy, or annuity.
