The Power of Six
It's tremendously helpful to have a circle of six individuals you know you could call in a crisis to provide that shoulder to lean on.  It may only take one to help, but having six friends, family, co-workers, or mentors would insure you would have the support you need when you need it. Watch the video for a fun view of this concept. Then make a list of YOUR SIX!
