Business Office

The Business Office provides professional and courteous service to students, community members, employees, and vendors. Have questions about your student bill or other financial question? The Business Office oversees account billing and payment information, and works with students to provide convenient payment options.

The Business Office also schedules use of institutional facilities and handles all financial transactions of the college:

  • Collects payment for tuition, fees and miscellaneous charges
  • Pays vendors and employees
  • Issues Pell, SEOG and work study disbursements
  • Refunds tuition overpayments
  • Issues bids and purchase orders
  • Produces annual financial statements
  • Maintains all institutional financial records
  • Schedules use of campus facilities
