Continuing Education: Courses provide our students with the
opportunity to re-enter the mainstream of education, prepare for
occupational advancement or re-training, or make learning a
lifelong process.

Adult Education/Literacy: Classes provide the opportunity for adults to improve their basic skills, study for the HSE/HiSet test, and enhance their workforce and college readiness skills.
Workforce Solutions: Provides innovative professional development and customized training solutions for individuals and businesses with a focus on building a stronger workforce, increasing business productivity, and advancing economic growth and development in our community.
Employment Services: Supports Jefferson College students, alumni, and the Jefferson County community by providing job search assistance and resources. 
Community Speakers Network: As a leader in higher education, Jefferson College is pleased to share its professional knowledge and experience with the community it serves. 
MoHealthWINs: A statewide grant program to provide healthcare-related career training in high-demand fields. 

MoSTEMWINs: Jefferson College will receive $1.257
million as part of a federal grant awarded to the state’s community college consortium through the Missouri Community College Association to educate 1,900 Missourians in  (STEM) science, technology, engineering, and math fields and expand the state’s ability to collect student data enrolled in workforce programs.
